सेना, मॉडलिंग और पुलिस में ऊचे कद की आवश्यकता होती हैं ,हालांकि सभी की लम्बाई  अच्छी नहीं होती 

लम्बाई बढ़ाने के लिए बचपन से  ही ध्यान रखना चाहिए योगा करना चाहिए लटकना चाहिए लंबाई बढ़ने औसत आयु 18 हैं जिसमे लम्बाई तेजी से बढ़ती हैं उसके बाद 24  तक लम्बाई बहुत कम बढ़ती हैं ,लम्बाई 18 साल के बाद में भी बढ़ सकती हैं अगर उसके लिए 6 महीने तक योगा और लटकना जारी रखे दूध,दही,मक्खन से भी हाइट बढ़ती हैं ,वैसे हाइट का सबसे ज्यादा श्रेय माता-पिता की हाइट पर जाता हैं। कोलड्रिंक ,पिज्जा बर्गर आदि से हाइट नहीं बढ़ती। जूस ,हरी सब्जी ,दाल ,फल आदि रोजाना के भोजन में होना बहुत जरुरी हैं।  रात में 8 घंटे नींद लेना आवस्यक हैं

नीचे कुछ आसन दिए हुए हैं हाइट बढ़ाने के लिए उपयोगी साबित होंगे

1. ताड़ासन 

2. उर्ध्वताड़ासन

3. तिर्यकताड़ासन 

4. कोणासन 

5. पादहस्तासन

6. चलित पादहस्तासन 

7. पश्चिमतनासन 

इन आसनो को करने से पहले लटकना चाहिए ,और सुबह  4 बजे ये आसन 6 महीने तक करने चाहिए एक दिन भी नहीं छोड़ना चाहिए।
